Description: Mixed-Use Project – consisting of student housing and retail.
Status: a). Phase 1 consists of three 4-story buildings for student housing. b). Phase 2
consists of two 5-story buildings with retail on the first floor and student housing units on
floors 2-5. Phases 1-3 are complete and occupied. Two retail tenants are in the ground floor
retail and marketing of remainder retail space is underway.
