Location: South side of future Creekside Drive, between Bent Ave. & Grand Avenue
Description: Mixed-use development in Creek District Specific Plan – Two and three-story,
98 affordable housing units and 26,491 s.f. Commercial/Retail/Recreation. (See Item #24).
The project recorded an administrative amendment to increase residential units to 109 and
reduce commercial to 14,116 square feet.
Status: Approved by City Council. Project is anticipated to start construction in 2015.
