Description: Mixed-use development in Creek District Specific Plan – 66,450 s.f. commercial,
428 apartments, 53,700 s.f. multi-use & 836 parking spaces.
Status: Application has been approved. Project has been revised to accommodate new
“multi-way boulevard” for San Marcos Boulevard. A Site Development Plan is being modified
to reflect the new parking standards for the Creek District.
